Chief Executive OfficerMichael Carnicella graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with both a MA in Employment and Labor Relations and a BA in Sociology. Michael’s educational background, plus his 15 years of experience working with disabled adults, align perfectly with the Transitional Options philosophy. Michael’s high ethical standards make him the perfect fit as CEO of Transitional Options, Inc. Michael prides himself in creating new models of service in order to customize plans that fit each individual’s needs. Michael takes personal responsibility to ensure that every individual served by Transitional Options has an easy path to attain their specific goals and reach their fullest potential.
